Our primary aim is to support young people in and leaving care in Glasgow to develop their social networks, skills and confidence through participation in community-based arts activities. We are seeking proposals from artists (any medium) to work on site at care centres (currently 18 throughout the Glasgow area) to engage and inspire young people and work with us to sign post them to community arts provision. We envisage the programme will include delivering on-site (x18) a four week series of 1 or 2hr participatory workshops, working with young people (age range: 12-17) and support staff but will consider alternative approaches.
