The main function of the post will be to: * Lead, supervise and manage a multi-disciplinary team delivering a coordinated service to clients with very complex needs * Develop and maintain an effective case management system * Coordinate and deliver outreach and crisis support * Establish and maintain effective partnership working in order to maximise resources and opportunities for women exiting prostitution The successful candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and sound managerial and interpersonal skills. You will also be able to evidence a track record in managing a service for women experiencing abuse and/or another vulnerable, marginalised group. The licensing objective to protect and improve public health of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 presents a new challenge to Licensing Boards and the licensed trade. The HIA will provide a useful appraisal of the extent to which the policy meets this objective. The findings and recommendations will be presented for the Licensing Board to consider when revising their policy later this year. HIA considers the evidence collected from published and grey literature as well as stakeholder involvement. It identifies how a policy might alter the determinants of health and assesses the likely impacts, both positive and negative, on the health and wellbeing of different groups in a population. HIA is a systematic objective process, recognised by the World Health Organisation. The literature review will include: * Desktop search of relevant databases and appropriate websites * Review of literature identified and provided by commissioners * Presentation of findings in agreed report format The provisional list of topic areas to be covered is as follows: 1.
